Housekeeper for Residential Property

About the role

Greystar is seeking a reliable Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of vacant apartment homes, leasing offices, and common‑area amenities at the AYA ABQ property. The role supports the make‑ready process and ensures the property remains market‑ready for prospective residents.

Key responsibilities

• Clean leasing office, clubhouse, restrooms, model units, amenities, and vacant apartments daily or as directed.
• Refresh vacant and show units throughout the day to keep them market‑ready.
• Assist the Service Manager, Community Manager, and Assistant Manager with make‑ready tasks.
• Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when re‑ordering is needed.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined spaces for extended periods.
• Capability to work in all weather conditions and lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and respond to on‑call duties.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to assist other properties or attend training.
