Housekeeper - Encore Sona

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of vacant apartments, leasing office, clubhouse and common‑area restrooms at the Encore Sona community. The role supports the lease‑up process by ensuring units are market‑ready and assists the Service Manager and Community Manager as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, common‑area restrooms, model units, amenities and vacant apartments daily or as directed.
• Refresh vacant and show units throughout the day to keep them market‑ready.
• Assist in the make‑ready process by performing additional duties requested by the Service Manager, Community Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Report any hazards or dangerous situations to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when re‑order is needed.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, climbing ladders, reaching, carrying objects and crawling in confined areas.
• Capability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift/move up to 25 lb independently and up to 50 lb with assistance.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, and to take “call” as needed.
