Housekeeper – Aspire at Silverleaf

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of Aspire at Silverleaf’s leasing office, clubhouse, common‑area restrooms, model units, amenities, and vacant apartments. This position supports the property’s market‑ready appeal during the lease‑up phase.

Key responsibilities

• Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, restrooms, model units, amenities, and vacant apartments daily or as directed.
• Refresh vacant and show units throughout the day to keep them market‑ready.
• Assist the make‑ready process by performing additional tasks requested by the Service Manager, Community Manager, or Assistant Manager.
• Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when re‑ordering is needed.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and work in confined spaces.
• Capability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physical capacity to lift up to 25 lb independently and 50 lb with assistance.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional on‑call duties.
