Housekeeper – Alexan Riverside

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of vacant apartments, leasing office, clubhouse and common‑area restrooms at the Alexan Riverside community in Austin. The role supports the make‑ready process and helps keep the property market‑ready for prospective residents.

Key responsibilities

• Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, restrooms, model units, amenities and vacant apartments daily or as directed.
• Refresh vacant and show units throughout the day to maintain market‑ready appeal.
• Assist the Service Manager, Community Manager and Assistant Manager with additional make‑ready tasks.
• Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request re‑orders when needed.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, climbing ladders, reaching, carrying objects and crawling in confined spaces.
• Capability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lb independently and up to 50 lb with assistance.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays and to be on call as needed.
