House Manager & Personal Assistant

About the role

We are a busy couple in Safety Harbor, FL, looking for a proactive House Manager & Personal Assistant to keep our home organized, maintained, and running smoothly while we balance demanding careers and frequent travel.

Key responsibilities

• Manage shared household calendars, appointments, travel plans, and vendor schedules.
• Coordinate event logistics, packing, and trip preparation.
• Perform daily home resets, light cleaning, and upkeep tasks.
• Handle laundry, linen changes, and special garment care.
• Maintain inventory, restock supplies, and manage household orders (Amazon, Costco, Target, Shipt).
• Prepare simple grab‑and‑go meals and keep the kitchen organized.
• Serve as primary contact for cleaners, landscapers, pest control, and contractors.
• Execute periodic deep‑cleaning projects and organize closets, pantry, or kitchen.
• Provide occasional dog walking, feeding, grooming drop‑off, and pet‑sitting support.

Required profile
