Hourly Proposal Manager

About the role

Arcetyp LLC is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to work on an hourly, on‑demand basis. The role is fully remote and supports proposals for US Federal, military, and commercial clients. You will lead the end‑to‑end proposal process, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with the principal proposal manager to assign tasks and resources.
• Lead proposals from pre‑RFP through award, refining content from subject‑matter experts.
• Maintain proposal schedules, track status, and organize collaborative meetings.
• Draft and edit compliant templates, responses to RFPs, RFIs, sources‑sought notices, white papers, and capability statements.
• Issue data calls, manage SOW alignment, and ensure all RFP requirements are addressed.
• Supervise production activities including word processing, graphics, proofreading, printing, and binding.
• Support technical writers with formatting, figure insertion, and final document assembly.
• Maintain shared electronic files for transparency and accessibility.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of proposal support or leadership experience.
• Background in US government contracting and technology‑intensive services.
• Ability to work independently in a deadline‑driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication.
