Hotel Sales Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an organized and detail‑oriented Sales Coordinator to support our hotel sales team. In this full‑time position you will help ensure smooth operations for group bookings, events, and client interactions, contributing to memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager with coordinating group bookings, event details, and sales contracts.
• Communicate with clients from initial inquiry through final billing to guarantee seamless event execution.
• Maintain sales records, prepare proposals, and track booking details.
• Collaborate with front‑desk, housekeeping, and banquet teams to align all departments with sales commitments.
• Provide administrative support such as email correspondence, schedule management, and sales reporting.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist across various hotel operations.
• Prior experience in sales, event planning, or hospitality is a plus, but training is provided for the right candidate.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to learn hotel sales software and basic computer programs.
