Hotel Sales Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an organized and detail‑oriented Hotel Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in delivering seamless group bookings and events. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring every reservation runs smoothly from inquiry to final billing.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager with coordinating group bookings, event details, and sales contracts.
• Communicate with clients to guarantee a flawless experience throughout the booking lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate sales records, prepare proposals, and track booking information.
• Collaborate with front‑desk, housekeeping, and banquet teams to align departmental actions with sales commitments.
• Provide administrative support such as email correspondence, schedule management, and sales reporting.

Required profile

• Strong organizational abilities with a talent for multitasking and prioritizing tasks.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to assist across various hotel operations.
• Prior experience in sales, event planning, or hospitality is a plus, but training is provided for the right candidate.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
