Hotel Reservations Agent (Full Time)

About the role

The Reservations Agent works in the Caesars Call Center to provide courteous, knowledgeable service to hotel guests and loyalty members. You will handle room, suite, golf, show, limo, and restaurant bookings while promoting special offers and cross‑selling across properties.

Key responsibilities

• Follow department selling strategies, including rate quoting and multi‑property cross‑selling.
• Maintain high sales and service standards measured by quality assurance, customer surveys, conversion, and cross‑sell metrics.
• Book, modify, cancel, and cross‑sell reservations accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate enthusiastically and adhere to punctuality, attendance, and appearance guidelines.
• Protect customer confidentiality and privacy in line with company policies.
• Handle all incoming customer transactions promptly and professionally.
• Support special projects and assist supervisors as business needs arise.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Stable work history and computer literacy.
• Valid Gaming License (or ability to obtain one).
• Excellent spoken English, pleasant voice, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in high‑ and low‑stress environments with a flexible schedule.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, team‑building, and problem‑solving skills.
• Capability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows‑based PC applications.
• Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating environment.
