Hotel General Manager

About the role

The Hotel General Manager leads the full operational and financial performance of Brasada Ranch’s hotel, overseeing the guest experience in a stunning 1,800‑acre resort in Central Oregon. Reporting to the Managing Director, the GM directs all guest‑facing and back‑of‑house departments and drives revenue, profitability, and team engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Own the hotel P&L (excluding club and real‑estate operations) and set financial targets.
• Lead seven department heads: Food & Beverage, Culinary, Events, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Spa, and Property Operations.
• Develop and execute service vision, operating standards, and a systemic service culture.
• Ensure guest and member satisfaction across all touchpoints.
• Plan and oversee maintenance and improvement programs to protect the asset’s long‑term value.
• Collaborate on resort expansion projects, including new meeting spaces and accommodations.

Required profile

• Senior hospitality leader with proven experience managing a full‑service hotel operation.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue, profitability, and high guest satisfaction scores.
• Strong financial acumen and experience overseeing a P&L.
• Effective people manager capable of developing department leaders and fostering team engagement.
• Commitment to maintaining the resort’s sensory environment and brand standards.
