Host – Guest Services

About the role

Twin Farms, a celebrated Five‑Star resort in Barnard, Vermont, is seeking a friendly and organized Host to be the first and last point of contact for our adult‑only guests. You will set the tone for memorable experiences by greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth service flow throughout the Main House.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm smile, escort them to their tables, and provide menus as appropriate.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements using the property’s booking system.
• Act as a communication hub between guests and staff, relaying special requests and preferences.
• Maintain and update the waitlist during peak periods, providing accurate wait‑time estimates.
• Assist guests with menu questions, recommendations, and promptly address any concerns.
• Coordinate with servers to ensure seamless transitions between seating and service.
• Keep the host stand and Main House commons clean, organized, and regularly sanitized.
