Hospitality Coordinator

About the role

Roofstock is looking for a Hospitality Coordinator to ensure short‑term rental homes are functional, clean, and stocked for every guest. You will act as the on‑the‑ground expert, handling inspections, restocking, guest arrivals, light maintenance, and issue resolution across a defined zone.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pre‑arrival and post‑departure inspections to verify homes meet brand standards and document any issues.
• Restock consumables, supplies, and welcome gifts to maintain functional, clean, and stocked (FCS) readiness.
• Prepare homes for guest arrivals, including setting up welcome notes and hospitality touches.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks and coordinate with vendors for larger repairs.
• Respond promptly to in‑market issues during stays and communicate updates through the task management system.
