Hospitality Coordinator – High West

About the role

The Hospitality Coordinator supports Constellation Brands’ High West brand by managing employee, VIP and trade hospitality visits across three venues. Reporting to the Events Manager, the role ensures every guest receives a memorable experience that showcases the brand’s whiskey heritage.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming hospitality visit requests for all venues and respond within 6 business hours.
• Enter all inquiry details, request additional information, and send venue packets outlining available experiences.
• Provide customized hospitality offerings and maintain monthly visit and upcoming‑visits reports.
• Work with Event Sales Representatives to coordinate larger group events and assist Sales & Marketing with VIP and media reservations.
• Communicate visit needs, billing notes, and special requirements with Saloon, Refectory and The Nelson Cottage management.
• Drive revenue growth by promoting event bookings, gift options, and trade‑relation tours.
• Implement the High West Whiskey Club sign‑up process for trade visits.
• Oversee the Banquet Event Order (BEO) process, coordinating final details with clients, venue managers, staffing, and finance teams.
• Handle specialty requests such as gift drop‑offs and meet‑and‑greets for groups.
• Support weekly BEO meetings to improve coordination and efficiency.
