Hospital Program & Mobile Operations Coordinator

About the role

Parsons is seeking a Hospital Program & Mobile Operations Coordinator to support the Rural Health Program. The role blends program coordination, logistics management, and data reporting to improve health outcomes for rural communities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate initial program and project activities, collaborate with clinical and non‑clinical teams, and support technical workstreams such as AI documentation and mobile IT.
• Manage inventory for the mobile clinic, conduct logistics analyses, and ensure efficient operation of the medical unit while complying with HIPAA and vehicle regulations.
• Track metrics, build dashboards, and maintain accurate documentation using Microsoft 365 tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Valid Class D driver’s license with a clean record and ability to lift 30‑50 lb.
