About the role

Unlock your sales potential with Home Genius Exteriors! Ditch the cold calls and step into a full‑time, high‑opportunity W‑2 sales role where 90% of the work is done for you before you ever meet the customer. Become part of the team as we launch our second full fiscal year in this market, looking for driven professionals ready to grow into leadership roles.

Key responsibilities

Meet with 2–3 pre‑qualified customers daily.
Deliver engaging, in‑home sales presentations.
Grow fast through elite training and mentorship (we only promote from within).
Enjoy a supportive, team‑first environment.

A confident communicator and leader.
Driven to succeed and grow.
Ready to begin a sales career.

What we offer

$100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front and no cap on commissions.
Weekly pay every Friday.
Monthly bonuses and performance rewards (trips, electronics, events).
