About the role

Unlock your sales potential with Home Genius Exteriors in Cleveland, OH. This full‑time W‑2 position lets you focus on closing deals while 90 % of the work is pre‑qualified before you meet the customer. Join the fastest‑growing market aiming for $60 M in net sales and a path to leadership.

Key responsibilities

Meet with 2–3 pre‑qualified customers daily.
Deliver engaging, in‑home sales presentations.
Grow quickly through elite training and mentorship, with internal promotion.
Contribute to a supportive, team‑first environment.

Required profile

Confident communicator and natural relationship‑builder.
Driven to succeed and advance within the company.
Proven sales experience with a track record of results.

$100,000–$300,000+ annual earnings with a 70 % advance and uncapped commissions.
