About the role

Everlight Solar is seeking energetic individuals to join our fast‑growing residential sales team. As a Home Improvement Sales Consultant you will work directly in neighborhoods, meeting homeowners and presenting solar and other home‑service solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct in‑person appointments with homeowners.
• Represent the Everlight brand with professionalism and integrity.
• Generate excitement and interest in residential solar and home improvement products.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.

Required profile

• Highly motivated, competitive, and goal‑oriented.
• Comfortable initiating conversations with new people daily.
• Resilient in the face of rejection and able to maintain high energy.
• Willing to work outdoors and travel within assigned neighborhoods.
