About the role

Join BAYADA Home Health Care as a Home Health Aide (HHA) providing private‑duty care to clients in Orlando, FL. You will work in the community, supporting daily living activities and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment for patients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and oral feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
• Conduct range of motion exercises, transfers, and use mechanical lifting devices.
• Take vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration) and assist with medication administration.
• Provide transportation and support ambulation as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of work experience in a similar role.
• Current HHA or CNA license.
• BLS certified CPR.
• Level II background check clearance.

Required skills

• CPR certification.
• Vital sign monitoring.
