Home Health Aide – Overnight Care for Male Client

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide overnight care for a male client in Danville. The position involves full‑care responsibilities, including lifting, CPAP management, and communication‑board support during night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Prepare meals, feed the client, and manage medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
• Support range‑of‑motion exercises and other prescribed activities.

Required profile

• Willingness to work overnight shifts on Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday (10 pm‑6 am).
• Comfortable with full‑care cases, including lift assistance and CPAP equipment.
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect for clients.
• Ability to travel to the client’s home as assigned.
• Commitment to delivering reliable, compassionate care.
