Home Care Nurse (LPN) – Private Duty

About the role

BAYADA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide private‑duty home care for pediatric or adult clients in the Laurel Highlands area. You will work one‑on‑one with a client in their home, delivering compassionate, high‑quality nursing care.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to a client’s home on a schedule you choose and provide hands‑on care for a single client per day.
• Execute and document doctors’ orders, perform assessments, monitor conditions, and record observations, interventions, and evaluations.

Required profile

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma required).
• Current LPN license in good standing in the state of Indiana.

Required skills

• Ability to follow and document physicians’ orders accurately.
• Competence in performing nursing assessments and monitoring client health status.
