About the role

BAYADA is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide private duty nursing care to clients in the Pocono area. The role involves one‑on‑one care in clients' homes during daylight hours, Monday‑Friday, with both part‑time and full‑time options.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to a client’s home on a schedule you choose and deliver hands‑on nursing care.
• Execute and document doctors’ orders, perform assessments, and monitor client conditions.
• Record observations, interventions, and evaluations accurately in patient records.

Required profile

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program, verified by transcript or diploma.
• Current, active nursing license in good standing in the state.

Required skills

• Ability to perform clinical assessments and document care according to regulatory standards.
• Proficiency in following and implementing physicians’ orders in a home‑care setting.
