About the role
BAYADA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one‑to‑one private duty care for clients ranging from infants to adults in home and school settings across Lower Bucks County, PA.
Key responsibilities
- Travel to a single client per day on a schedule you choose and deliver hands‑on care.
- Execute and document physicians’ orders, perform assessments, and monitor client conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of observations, interventions, and evaluations.
Required profile
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current LPN license in good standing in Pennsylvania.
Required skills
- Patient assessment and monitoring.
- Medical documentation and record‑keeping.
