Highway Laborer – Full-Time Position

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Highway Laborer to join our Highway division. The role involves on‑site tasks such as power washing, seal application, equipment upkeep and supporting operators across various projects, often requiring travel to out‑of‑town sites.

Key responsibilities

• Power wash surfaces and equipment.
• Apply hot‑pour seal and silicone seal as needed.
• Maintain and clean all tools and machinery used on the job.
• Assist operators with preparation and clean‑up duties.
• Complete daily paperwork and manage workflow priorities.
• Follow all safety policies and maintain a drug‑free work environment.

Required profile

• Pass a drug screen and DOT physical.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lb.
• Organized, self‑motivated and punctual.
• Basic computer or tablet data‑entry skills.

Required skills

• Power washing.
• Hot‑pour seal and silicone seal application.
• Equipment maintenance.
• Heavy Highway Saw operation (preferred).
• Simple data entry on PC or tablet.
