About the role

A-Core Concrete Specialists is seeking reliable full‑time Highway CDL Drivers to join its Highway division. The role combines driving, saw cutting, and seal application on highway projects, requiring travel to out‑of‑town job sites.

Key responsibilities

Operate Rider Saws and Flat Saws to perform precise cuts.
Apply hot‑pour seal and silicone seal to prepared surfaces.
Maintain and clean all equipment used on site.
Complete daily paperwork and manage workflow priorities.
Adhere to all safety policies and maintain a drug‑free work environment.

Required profile

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Pass a drug screen and DOT physical.
Ability to lift at least 50 lb.
Organized, self‑motivated, punctual, and able to follow processes.

Required skills

Experience operating Rider Saws and Flat Saws.
Hot‑pour seal and silicone seal application.
Basic data entry on a PC or tablet.
