High-Volume Recruiter

About the role

The Facilities Group (TFG) is seeking a High-Volume Recruiter to lead full‑cycle recruiting for its fast‑growing facility services business. Based in Shreveport, LA, you will source, engage, and place candidates across multiple locations while ensuring a smooth transition from offer to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Review applications and identify qualified candidates for open positions.
• Match candidates to roles based on qualifications, location, transportation, schedule, and business needs.
• Communicate with candidates via phone, email, text, and approved platforms.
• Utilize text‑request systems and other engagement tools to maintain candidate contact.
• Conduct screening interviews, document qualifications, and recommend hires.
• Extend job offers in person or over the phone and manage offer acceptance.
• Coordinate pre‑employment requirements, onboarding activities, and ensure a seamless transition to employment.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and operations leadership throughout the hiring process.

• Customer‑service oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and leadership teams.
