High Post Production (HPP) Operator

About the role

Lakeshirts is seeking a detail‑oriented High Post Production (HPP) Operator to ensure every garment meets the company’s quality standards before shipping. Working under the Production Supervisor and Lead, you will inspect, sort, fold, and prepare finished apparel for delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect all high post‑production garments for correct ink/thread colors, logo placement, labels, and any defects.
• Sort, count, and fold garments by size, color, and style.
• Tag, label, box, and record quantities for each style.
• Read work orders and use computer programs to verify order details.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow OSHA safety practices.
• Communicate imperfections to the team and coordinate rework when needed.
• Assist with other production tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• High school education preferred but not required.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to follow direction.
• Capable of standing 8‑10 hours a day and lifting 30‑50 lb boxes.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency – Excel, Word, tablet usage.
• Experience operating a sewing machine or sewing labels onto garments.

What we offer

• Hourly wage ranging from $15 to $17.
• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday 8 am‑4 pm (days) or Monday‑Thursday 4 pm‑2 am (nights).
