Help Desk Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Entry‑Level Help Desk Specialist to provide technical support to employees and customers. This position is ideal for detail‑oriented, service‑focused individuals who want to start a career in IT support, operations, or customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to user support requests via email, chat, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and account access issues.
• Document cases, resolutions, and maintain support records.
• Escalate complex problems to senior teams when needed.
• Create user guides, support documentation, and assist with onboarding activities.
• Monitor support queues, track recurring issues, and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• High school diploma (required); associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, administration, IT, or support.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite.
• Basic computer, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ticketing or help‑desk platforms.
