Heavy Lift & Transport Engineer

About the role

Mammoet is seeking an onsite Engineer to develop and deliver safe, efficient solutions for heavy‑lift and transport projects in Rosharon, TX. You will work across multiple industries, applying engineering expertise to create method statements, drawings, calculations and risk assessments that meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise engineering solutions for heavy‑lifting and transportation projects.
• Prepare and select conventional and renewed engineering method statements, drawings, calculations and visualisations.
• Develop manuals, risk assessments and other documentation to ensure safe execution.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver results that satisfy client requirements.
• Travel up to 20% to support project sites.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• Professional experience with engineering operation practices, heavy‑lift equipment and internal codes/standards.
• Fluent verbal and written English.
• Experience in sectors such as civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil & gas, offshore, ports or mining is preferred.
