Healthcare Consulting Associate / Senior Associate

About the role

The Marwood Group is looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to join its healthcare‑focused consulting practice. You will work on policy diligence and strategic advisory projects for investors and healthcare companies, translating complex policy and market data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct primary and secondary research on Medicaid and commercial payor policies across multiple healthcare sectors.
• Analyze legislation, regulations, and market trends to assess their impact on client businesses over 3‑5 years.
• Develop surveys, interview guides, and collect data through phone interviews.
• Perform data‑driven analyses and synthesize findings for client deliverables.
• Lead and coordinate teams of analysts and associates, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality reports.
• Present findings to clients and respond to follow‑up questions.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in healthcare policy, consulting, or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workstreams.
• Interest in healthcare private equity, corporate strategy, and regulatory environments.
