Health Services Administrator (RN) – Full‑Time, Day Shift

About the role

This full‑time, day‑shift position leads a primary‑care, adult‑only facility in New Orleans. The Health Services Administrator combines clinical expertise with operational oversight to ensure high‑quality patient care and efficient facility management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial, clinical, and administrative functions, including budgeting and resource allocation.
• Manage human‑resources systems, covering RN, LPN, and support staff scheduling.
• Provide backup support for the Director of Nursing and act as a liaison between clinical and administrative teams.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with emergency, primary‑care, and acute‑care departments to optimize patient flow.

Required profile

• Current RN license in Louisiana with a BSN or ADN.
• Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting (ER, primary‑care, or acute care preferred).
• Strong analytical, decision‑making, and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience managing budgets, staffing, and operational workflows.

Required skills

• RN clinical competency.
• Knowledge of healthcare finance and administration.
• Familiarity with staffing and HR processes in a medical environment.
