Head Women's Golf Coach

About the role
The Head Women's Golf Coach leads the NCAA Division I women's golf program at East Texas A&M University, overseeing all aspects of coaching, training, and program development.
Key responsibilities
- Coach and mentor student‑athletes in the women's golf program.
- Plan and implement pre‑season and ongoing training programs.
- Recruit talented golfers in accordance with NCAA and conference regulations.
- Ensure compliance with university, Southland Conference, and NCAA rules.
- Manage budgeting, scheduling, and travel logistics for the team.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience coaching women's golf at the collegiate level.
- Strong knowledge of NCAA Division I regulations and Southland Conference policies.
- Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain student‑athletes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
