Head of Talent Operations

About the role

Sienna Charles is looking for a highly organized, systems‑minded, and data‑driven Head of Talent Operations. This role will own the entire employee lifecycle, from sourcing top talent to ensuring new hires are fully trained, productive, and meeting performance expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting across all departments, building and maintaining pipelines.
• Design, document, and continuously improve hiring workflows, SOPs, playbooks, and assessment libraries.
• Create and manage job descriptions, interview guides, scorecards, and hiring dashboards.
• Coordinate candidate communications, interview scheduling, reference checks, and assessments.
• Develop scalable onboarding programs that cover culture, performance expectations, systems, and department workflows.
• Lead daily onboarding check‑ins during the first two weeks to ensure smooth transitions.
• Build role‑specific training programs for various functions such as sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Partner with department leaders to define hiring needs, success profiles, and high‑performing team structures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, or similar HR functions.
• Strong project‑management mindset with the ability to design and scale processes.
• Data‑driven approach, comfortable measuring and optimizing hiring metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Passion for building structure, embracing technology, and continuously raising standards.
