Head of Supply Chain

About the role

Lexington Medical, a fast‑growing MedTech company, is seeking an execution‑focused Head of Supply Chain to lead and scale its vertically integrated supply chain. You will work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Operations to ensure seamless sourcing, planning, inventory, and logistics for products that impact millions of patients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end supply chain strategy and execution across sourcing, planning, inventory, logistics and supplier management.
• Lead, coach and develop a lean, high‑performing team, setting clear priorities and raising execution standards.
• Integrate AI and automation into forecasting, inventory positioning, procurement, traceability and reporting.
• Manage sourcing and supplier relationships for ongoing production and new product introductions.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, supply continuity and ERP/MRP data integrity across internal and external partners.
• Establish scalable processes, KPIs and supplier agreements to improve cost, lead time, quality and speed.
• Partner cross‑functionally to anticipate needs, remove bottlenecks and resolve escalations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain or a technical field (Master’s a plus).
• 5‑10+ years of progressive supply chain or operations experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands‑on, execution‑focused leader who stays close to the work.
• Strong commercial instincts in supplier management, negotiation and cost analysis.
• Comfortable with data, systems and AI tools; experience with ERP/MRP platforms.
