Head of Relationship Coaching

About the role

Paired is launching a new relationship coaching and counseling business line and needs an entrepreneurial leader to build it from the ground up. As Head of Relationship Coaching you will define the service offering, recruit top coaches and therapists, and embed the program deeply within the Paired app experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch the relationship coaching and counseling MVP, defining service models, customer journeys, and operational structures.
• Set KPIs and success metrics for acquisition, engagement, retention, session quality, and customer outcomes.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify differentiation opportunities.
• Define Paired’s coaching philosophy, frameworks, and session structures, and create training materials and playbooks.
• Partner with product and content teams to integrate coaching insights, homework loops, and quality safeguards into the app.
• Recruit, train, and manage a high‑quality network of relationship coaches and therapists.
• Build scalable processes for scheduling, matching, and performance management while fostering a culture of empathy and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and scaling service‑oriented businesses, preferably in coaching, counseling, or digital health.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills with a track record of hiring and developing high‑performing teams.
• Strategic thinker comfortable defining product vision, KPIs, and operational frameworks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross‑functionally with product, content, and engineering teams.
