Head of Product Operations

About the role

FamilyWell Health is seeking a Head of Product Operations to serve as the operational engine behind its product and technology initiatives. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will bridge Product, Engineering, Clinical Operations, and the Executive team to ensure seamless delivery of our AI‑enabled mental health platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end vendor relationships, including Healthie (EMR), Candid Health (RCM), HubSpot (CRM), and future partners.
• Drive implementation projects from requirements gathering through go‑live, managing timelines, escalations, and cross‑functional coordination.
• Build and maintain operational systems that enable the product organization to scale efficiently.
• Coordinate data model synthesis, analytics integration, and reporting across Snowflake and Sigma.
• Facilitate communication between product, engineering, clinical, and executive stakeholders to keep initiatives on track.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading product operations or similar functions in a fast‑growing tech or health‑tech environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity, rapid decision‑making, and delivering results without extensive supervision.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to negotiate with vendors and internal teams.
