Head of Parts and Services – Rock Processing

About the role

Sandvik Rock Processing is seeking a senior leader to head its North America Parts & Services business. The role will be based in a major airport hub in the United States or Canada and will drive profitable growth across the equipment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the aftermarket strategy for rock processing equipment in the USA and Canada.
• Expand revenue streams through service contracts, upgrades, rebuilds and digital solutions.
• Standardise service operations, implement KPIs and digital tools to improve performance.
• Collaborate with sales, product lines and distribution partners to strengthen commercial execution.
• Engage deeply with customers to understand their operations and deliver value‑based solutions.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing, customer‑centric team while ensuring safety and compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading aftermarket or service organisations in industrial or mining equipment.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of revenue growth.
• Excellent stakeholder management and customer‑facing skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, collaborative environment.
