Head of Implementation – Remote

About the role

The Head of Implementation will lead enterprise‑wide delivery excellence, turning complex client engagements into scalable, repeatable outcomes. Reporting at VP level, this senior leader connects sales, design, technology, legal, supply‑chain and executive teams to ensure consistent client success.

Key responsibilities

• Own the global implementation strategy and execution model across all client engagements.
• Translate complex client requirements into scalable delivery frameworks and operating systems.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end implementation lifecycle from solution design through execution, stabilization and optimization.
• Establish and enforce project and program management standards, methodologies and governance frameworks.
• Drive continuous improvement of implementation processes to enhance efficiency, scalability and client satisfaction.
• Develop KPIs and performance dashboards for data‑driven decision‑making.
• Lead global supplier engagement, strategy and lifecycle management within the MSP ecosystem.
• Design and manage supplier segmentation, optimization and performance management strategies.
