Head of Global Procurement

About the role

The Head of Global Procurement will drive a transformational shift in how Driscoll’s creates value through procurement. Reporting to senior leadership, this role will build and scale a high‑performing capability that spans non‑fruit spend, embedding discipline, transparency and efficiency across sourcing and supplier management.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi‑year global procurement strategy aligned with Driscoll’s growth ambition.
• Establish standards, governance and capabilities that enable regional execution while leveraging global scale.
• Lead the transition of procurement from a transactional function to a strategic growth lever.
• Automate procure‑to‑pay, supplier onboarding and compliance workflows to free talent for strategic activities.
• Partner with internal stakeholders early in decision‑making to embed procurement as a value creator.
• Drive innovation, supply‑chain resilience and margin expansion through strategic sourcing.

Required profile

• 10+ years of procurement or supply‑chain experience, with a track record of large‑scale transformation.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence senior leaders.
• Strong commercial acumen and focus on measurable business impact.
• Experience building sustainable supplier strategies.

Required skills

• Familiarity with procure‑to‑pay systems and digital procurement platforms.
