Head of Finance

About the role

Fixated is building the operating infrastructure of the creator economy. As Head of Finance you will own the entire finance function, providing visibility into every dollar, guiding strategic decisions, and ensuring seamless integration of acquisitions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily cash position, liquidity reporting, and a rolling 13‑week forecast.
• Oversee working capital, receivables, creator and partner payables, and payout timing.
• Maintain banking relationships, negotiate terms, and manage treasury policy, approval thresholds, and FX exposure across international entities.
• Develop and maintain a driver‑based three‑statement financial model that updates automatically with assumption changes.
• Lead annual budgeting, reforecast cycles, and monthly variance analysis with clear commentary.
• Prepare board and investor reporting packages, including unit economics and contribution margin analysis.
• Conduct M&A financial diligence, build acquisition models, and lead post‑close integration (chart of accounts mapping, systems migration, purchase accounting).
• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, ensuring GAAP‑compliant financial statements and defensible revenue recognition.
• Manage the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading finance functions in multi‑entity, multi‑geography businesses.
• Strong understanding of complex revenue mechanics such as rev‑share, creator payouts, minimum guarantees, and platform economics.
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with senior leadership, the board, and investors.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on actionable insights.
