Head of Finance / CFO

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Finance / CFO to own the entire finance function as we scale significantly. This hands‑on leadership role will build and lead a growing finance team while embracing a lean, AI‑first philosophy.

Key responsibilities

• Build and establish the FP&A function from the ground up
• Lead fundraising efforts and investor relations
• Manage treasury and capital strategy
• Optimize financial operations and reporting infrastructure
• Partner with executive leadership on financial planning and growth strategy
• Oversee accounting, financial controls, and compliance

Required profile

• Proven experience as a CFO or Head of Finance at a scaling technology or logistics company
• Strong background in financial planning, fundraising, and capital management
• Ability to build and lead high‑performing finance teams
• Comfort with ambiguity and a hands‑on approach in early‑stage environments
• Experience with operations and supply chain finance a plus
• Familiarity with AI and technology‑driven businesses preferred
