About the role
Rapsodo is seeking a Head of Commercial Excellence to lead the commercial operating system for its North America business. Reporting to the General Manager and sitting on the North America Leadership Team, you will shape planning, performance measurement, resource allocation and product launches across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as strategic business partner to the General Manager and North America Leadership Team.
- Translate business performance into actionable recommendations and executive insights.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews, Monthly Business Reviews and commercial performance reviews.
- Identify commercial risks, growth opportunities, operational constraints and improvement initiatives.
- Develop business cases supporting strategic investment decisions.
- Build, implement and continuously improve the commercial operating system, including operating cadence, dashboards, KPIs and governance mechanisms.
- Maintain a single source of truth for commercial performance and improve reporting consistency and data quality.
- Lead commercial forecasting, demand planning and annual business planning.
