Head of Client Reporting, Americas

About the role

The Head of Client Reporting – Americas leads the strategy, design, and delivery of all client‑facing reporting across the region. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape a data‑driven, automated reporting function that enhances client experience and supports business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all client and product reporting activities, including factsheets, regulatory filings, and custom solutions.
• Develop and execute a forward‑looking reporting strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and high‑quality delivery while maintaining strong governance.
• Drive innovation through automation, digital platforms, analytics, and enhanced data capabilities.
• Build senior‑level relationships with clients, consultants, and distribution partners.
• Represent the reporting function in client‑facing discussions, industry forums, and strategic planning.
• Champion the modernization of reporting platforms and digital experiences.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in investment management reporting or related finance functions.
• Proven track record of leading large, cross‑functional teams.
• Strong client‑engagement skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and digital transformation.
