About the role

Success Academy is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee the operational management of its new 300,000 sq ft K‑12 campus in the South Bronx. As the Head of Campus Services, you will shape the daily experience of students, families, and staff, ensuring the flagship school reflects the network’s high standards of safety, efficiency, and community pride.

Key responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of campus operations for a 2,400‑seat K‑12 school, including facilities, security, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance the learning environment and support network‑wide events.
• Design and enforce comprehensive safety and security protocols, emergency preparedness plans, and regular drills.
• Coordinate with architects, donors, regulators, and community partners to maintain the building’s design intent and public image.
• Lead a team of facilities staff, fostering a culture of excellence, pride, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in large‑scale facilities or campus operations, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong track record of creating safe, welcoming environments for diverse communities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to think strategically while managing day‑to‑day operational details.
