Head of Business Development – Remote

About the role

AceCPAs, a fast‑growing remote accounting and advisory firm, is seeking a Head of Business Development to design and run its outbound growth engine. You will create scalable lead‑generation systems, forge referral partnerships, and turn outreach into a predictable revenue stream.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture referral relationships with CPA firms, tax attorneys, lenders, and construction‑focused financial partners.
• Design multi‑channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone) and maintain a healthy prospect pipeline.
• Develop and optimise outreach automations, SOPs, and CRM processes using GoHighLevel.
• Track performance metrics such as outreach volume, reply rates, meetings booked, opportunities created and revenue generated.
• Support coordination of SDRs, setters and closers as the team expands.

Required profile

• Proven B2B business development, outbound sales or partnership experience, preferably in the US market.
• Strong understanding of cold‑email infrastructure and deliverability.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and confident phone presence.
• Systems‑oriented mindset with the ability to build repeatable processes.

Required skills

• Experience with cold‑email platforms such as Instantly, Smartlead or Apollo.
• LinkedIn outreach and prospecting expertise.
• Automation tools experience (n8n, Make, Zapier).
• CRM proficiency, preferably GoHighLevel.
