HCM Fusion Solution Architect

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect to lead payroll and benefits implementations for our clients. The role involves designing end‑to‑end solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with US payroll regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Independently gather requirements, design functional solutions, and deliver them onsite or remotely.
• Lead full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Payroll and Benefits modules.
• Configure payroll components such as US payroll, 401(k) processing, retro payroll, leave of absence, and payroll costing.
• Integrate payroll with third‑party vendors and develop reconciliation reports and dashboards.
• Review, optimize, and redesign payroll processes to support transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• 8+ years of overall experience with at least 7 years focused on Oracle Fusion Payroll & Benefits implementations.
• Strong functional knowledge of US payroll compliance, controls, and audit requirements.
• Proven ability to work independently and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
