Harvest Agent

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Harvest Agent to join our cannabis cultivation and processing facility in Lincoln. The role involves harvesting fresh and frozen flower, performing initial processing steps, and ensuring product quality and visual appeal while adhering to strict hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Harvest and conduct first‑stage processing of cannabis flower.
• Monitor and control dry‑room conditions to meet quality standards.
• Weigh, package, and label fresh or frozen flower, including bucking, bagging, and tagging for identification.
• Hand‑select product based on size, quality, and appearance.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, following all sanitation policies.
• Report any quality‑control issues immediately to supervisors.
• Accurately record harvested and processed product data.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods, including sitting, standing, and moving in both cool and hot environments.
• Commitment to follow strict hygiene and safety protocols.
