Guestroom Attendant

About the role

The Guestroom Attendant is a key member of the housekeeping team, responsible for delivering clean, welcoming rooms to guests. You will work in a fast‑paced hotel environment, ensuring each room meets the property’s standards of cleanliness and comfort.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and replenish a designated number of guest rooms per shift.
• Maintain and organize housekeeping carts and supplies.
• Inspect rooms for damage, repair needs, or missing items and report them.
• Monitor cleanliness of public areas inside and outside the property.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions.
• Greet guests warmly and provide courteous service.
• Complete additional tasks assigned by the Housekeeping Manager or General Manager.

Required profile

• Prior housekeeping or related cleaning experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemical applications is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
