Guest Services Representative

About the role

We are seeking a Guest Services Representative to join our hotel team. In this front‑line position you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing accurate information about hotel policies, services and amenities while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely and accurate information to guests regarding hotel policies, services, and amenities.
• Assist guests with check‑in, check‑out, reservations, and special requests.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel offerings and local attractions.
• Ensure the front desk area remains organized and presentable.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED; some college coursework in Hotel Management is a plus.
• Previous experience in guest service or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Professional, positive demeanor in stressful situations.
