Guest Service Representative – Front Desk

About the role

We are seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative to join our front‑desk team at a leading hotel portfolio. In this full‑time position you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring every stay begins and ends with a warm, professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and handle payments and room assignments.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests and reservations with attention to detail.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance and Sales to guarantee smooth operations.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and maintain accurate front‑desk records.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional approach to problem‑solving.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods.
• Prior hotel or customer‑service experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
