About the role

The Guest Service Agent greets, registers and assists guests in a friendly, courteous manner while upholding Hilton’s brand and sustainability standards. This front‑desk position is essential for delivering a seamless guest experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet guests, register them, assign rooms and verify payment methods.
  • Make and confirm reservations, compute bills, collect payments and handle change.
  • Respond to guest requests promptly, resolve complaints or escalate to a supervisor.
  • Secure valuables in hotel safe, assist with luggage, and support the breakfast area during peak periods.
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks such as balancing accounts and conducting audits.

Required profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Previous customer service experience or equivalent training.
